An exception occurred while provisioning Shared Service Provider 'SharedServices1'. System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Cannot open database "SharedServices1_Search_DB_5812d9cd-dc2f-4ffc-b49c-6a3bff86293d" requested by the login. The login failed.
Login failed for user 'Domain Name\Administrator'

solution:
1. go to Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
2. connect to your SQL server then expand right panel.
3. in security folder, be sure that Domain Name/Administrator is added to your SQL server, then right click and select Properties
4. in the popup window select "User Mapping" in the left panel, in right panel select "mater" database and in the membership role grid check "Public" and "db_owner".
5. run sharepoint Products and Technologies configuration wizard
6. run sharepoint 3.0 central administration

Note: its recommended to restart the server after you finish from step 5
